The Year 10 Commerce Market Day was held yesterday, and it was a great success, raising $5,000!
Market Day is a simulated business experience where our Year 10 Commerce students learn how to run a business.
All proceeds go to the Parramatta Women’s Shelter and Dignity Dishes, a program unique to Tara where students cook for the homeless in Parramatta.
Next term, Year 10 Commerce will look at homelessness as MYP leads to action.
