Congratulations to our Year 12 girls for their success in the HSC Showcase events for 2020.
ARTEXPRESS Nominations and Inclusion
Congratulations to our HSC Visual Arts students Joyce Ng and Phoebe Ooi whose Bodies of Work have been nominated for ARTEXPRESS exhibition. Joyce has also been notified of the successful inclusion of her HSC Body of Work in ARTEXPRESS. Her work titled 'Home (2018)' will be displayed at The Armory, Sydney Olympic Park. ARTEXPRESS is an annual showcase of the best artworks created by New South Wales HSC visual arts students from across the state.
Nominated works are those that have been identified through a rigorous examination process as excellent examples of students' investigations of artmaking practice.
We are extremely proud of our girls and our amazing staff Mrs Lynne Ambler, Visual Arts Head of Department and Mrs Sasha Kamanga, Visual Arts Teacher who have guided them along the journey.
Music 1 ENCORE Nominations and Inclusion
Five Tara Year 12 students have been nominated for ENCORE for 2020. Congratulations to Catherine Chen, Isabella Galvez, Sarah Vandenberg, Paige Yan and Quincy Zhou for their nominations. Special congratulations to Sarah for her performance, ‘Lush Life’ which has been chosen for inclusion in ENCORE in 2021.
ENCORE is a program of outstanding performances and compositions by students from the HSC Music examinations.

OnSTAGE Nomination
We are so proud of Sarah Yeend whose performance of The Satchel has earned her a nomination for individual inclusion in OnSTAGE.
OnSTAGE is a presentation and exhibition of group and individual performances and projects by HSC Drama students who have been deemed as exemplary. The OnSTAGE season is presented by the NSW Education Standards Authority and the NSW Department of Education.
